We ship domestically from California, United States, and offer various shipping options at checkout. If you don't see a shipping option that is right for you, email us at help@sliceofgoodness.com.
When will I receive my order?
Coronavirus Update: Please note that due to COVID-19 and the guidelines set forth by the CDC - both of which impacts our fulfillment center and our carriers - you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
Shipping speed varies depending on the shipping method you select at checkout, and on your location.
We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. If we anticipate a longer lead time, we'll note the lead time in the item description. If you have any questions about a specific item, please email us at help@sliceofgoodness.com.
How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, you'll automatically receive a notification email with your tracking number.
Please note you should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing an order with us. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder and mark our emails as "Not Spam" so you can receive future emails from us. This is especially important because, if you don't receive an order confirmation, you also will not receive your shipment notification and tracking information.
If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
